Mortgage Advice

Your mortgage is likely to be your single largest financial commitment; it pays to explore all of the options that are available to you, from product type to repayment method, before signing on the dotted line.

Whatever your mortgage needs, CBK can provide appropriate advice and will be focused on getting your mortgage processed as quickly as possible.

There are a number of options open to you:

  • Residential
  • Re-mortgage
  • Buy-to-Let
  • Commercial
  • Equity release

Thankfully the regulatory environment surrounding the provision of mortgage advice has strengthened over recent years in response to the increasing complexity of the market; consequently all of our mortgage advisers are highly qualified to provide our clients with bespoke solutions to their individual requirements.

Not all forms of Buy to Let mortgages and Commercial Mortgages are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Your home may be repossessed if you fail to keep up the repayments on your mortgage.

Contact us today to arrange a free and confidential consultation with one of our specialist mortgage brokers.
