Mark Kearle
Director/Independent Financial Adviser
Mark was one of the founding members of Chadborn Baker and Kearle Ltd which was formed when 3 friends got together in 2002 to create a Financial Services company that provided levels of customer services which were seldom seen in the industry.
Martin Rivers
Director/Independent Financial Adviser
Martin served as a junior officer in the RAF Regiment and qualified as a financial advisor upon completing his commission in 1992.
He has carried out several roles within different small companies throughout the last 25 years, joining CBK Wales as a Co-Director in August 2008.
Ben Adams
Independent Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Ben is one of our expert Mortgage Advisers, based at our Swansea office. With 15 years’ experience in financial services, having joined one of the world’s biggest banks at the age of just 16 and being involved with mortgages since 2004 (pre FSA & FCA), Ben has gained a wealth of market knowledge in residential and buy-to-let lending.
Samantha Perrott
Practice Manager
Sam comes from a sales background before taking a couple of years out at home with her two daughters when they were born, joining CBK Wales in April 2016, and started as part of the admin team in our Swansea Office.
Deborah McCusker
Client Services Manager
Deb joined CBK Wales as an Office Administrator in 2017 after spending 15 years working in the education sector, and has brought a vast amount of transferable skills to the firm from her teaching background, giving a fresh outlook to the support team.
Sharon Bartlett
Mortgage Case Manager
Sharon spent 6 years working for a heating spares company in an administrative and sales role. After having a long career break to raise her 4 girls, she wanted to get back out to work, starting with CBK in August 2018.
